I had a really nice visit at this location. As I walked in, the staff greeted a friendly welcome and took my order in a timely manner. I ordered an iced coffee and breakfast sandwich. Both were delicious! As the fault of myself, I dropped my breakfast sandwich as I was picking up a piece of wrapper that fell on the floor and they replaced it for me without me asking. I said I’d pay for it as it was my fault, but the staff offered an act of kindness which made my day. The patio is comfortable. Lots of relaxing bird chirps and shade provided. This is my favourite location in Ottawa so far, not just because of their kindness, but also the location. Tucked away downtown, but able to relax on a nice patio with great food and beverage service. It’s a win.
My initial experience at this coffee shop was quite remarkable. The service provided was prompt, efficient, and exceptionally amiable. It was evident that one of the employees was new, but the other employee showed great support and assistance during a brief period of increased demand. Witnessing such exemplary teamwork was truly delightful. I opted for the Pumpkin Pie Crush, and it exceeded my expectations. I relished every sip while comfortably seated inside the establishment, taking note of the meticulous upkeep and cleanliness of the premises. Admittedly, the only minor setback I encountered was the slightly elevated price point. However, the stellar service I received more than compensated for this aspect.
Bridgehead Coffee is a great local chain that I believe is only found in the Ottawa area. I really enjoy their iced latte and americano, both are smooth, flavorful, and consistently well made. It’s a nice spot to grab a quality coffee, and I like supporting a local brand that roasts its own beans and focuses on sustainability.
Good service. Better seating area than the competition across the street (Ministry of coffee) and better drink options than said competition. I'd rather go here any day of the week.
The staff is just incredible. They are helpful, kind and generous. Drinks and food are delicious, with great pasty options (try the Cherry Lemon loaf) and all-star cafe drinks. But the staff is what makes this location and place worth the visit. Awesome patio as well.
This location is nice, seats were recently reupholstered so they are comfy. Only the back tables have plugs and they are smaller. The tables along the sides are larger but no plugs and the lights above cause some glare. First world problems though. This place is great.
